General Overview

UHB – ZK corrosion resistant mortar pump referred to as “UHB – ZK mortar pump” for the cantilever type single-stage, single-suction corrosion resistant pump, its flow components made of steel lining ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene with strong corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance, creep resistance, resistance to environmental stress cracking), at the same time, use a metal matrix structure, improve the ability of product under pressure.
UHB – ZK corrosion resistant mortar pump is designed according to the national standard, made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene engineering plastics has excellent corrosion resistance, but also has very good abrasion resistance and good impact resistance, can adapt to different working conditions of the pump, such as acid, alkaline cleaning liquid or slurry transportation, corrosive slurry, sewage, etc. The pump is corrosion resistant and wear resistant, the use range is very wide, especially suitable for corrosive medium with high solid content.
Uhb-zk wear-resistant mortar pump can adapt to a variety of different working conditions. For example: can not only transfer acid, alkali liquid or slurry, can also transport a variety of corrosive pulp smelting industry, can also transport sulfuric acid industry of all kinds of dilute acid, environmental protection industry of all kinds of sewage, etc. It can transport sulphuric acid with concentration below 80%, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid with concentration below 50%, slurry containing all kinds of acid, alkali and salt, corrosive mortar in rare metal smelting industry and mixed media in food and wine industry.
